Selected work

Not a portfolio. An argument.

Six projects, picked by hand. Each one explains something about how I work. The full studio archive, with plans and full photo sets, lives on nort.design.

Penthouse at Dubai Marina2014 · five levels, about two years on site

My first Dubai project. We came in to deliver an existing design and, with the owner, reworked it from the plan up. A private lift, a spa floor, a pool on the terrace.

Apartment at Bluewaters205 m²

A view like this forgives nothing. Every line in the apartment had to hold up against the window.

Apartment at Golden MilePalm Jumeirah

We took more away than we added. The apartment gains by it: restraint reads as value.

Apartment at the FairmontPalm Jumeirah

The address arrives with its own expectations. We met them without borrowing the hotel’s language.

Apartment at Madinat Jumeirah LivingDubai

Working inside a strong architectural context. The interior listens to the district instead of arguing with it.

Villa at Dubai Hills480 m²

At 480 square metres, discipline matters more than ideas. One logic, carried through every room.

Projects are named by location, for identification only. Development, hotel and brand names belong to their owners; naming them implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Interior detail: layered light and warm wood
Detail is where a project is won or lost, usually in a joint nobody photographs.
