Architecture is the family profession. My parents are architects, and so were theirs — going into medicine would have been the hard way, so there was never really a choice. In this market, our projects are known by unit number — sometimes before my name. We have seen fifteen million become twenty: that is what an interior does. Not a portfolio — an argument. My first Dubai project. We came to build someone else's design — and ended up redesigning the project itself. Five levels, a private lift, a spa floor, a pool on the terrace. Three years on site. Первый дубайский объект. Пришли реализовывать чужой проект — и в итоге переделали его целиком. Пять уровней, лифт, спа-этаж, бассейн на террасе. Три года стройки.
A view like this forgives nothing. Every line in the apartment had to hold up against the window. Такой вид не прощает ничего. Каждая линия в квартире должна была выдержать соседство с окном.
We took more away than we added. The residence is stronger for it — restraint reads as value. Мы убрали больше, чем добавили. Резиденция стала от этого сильнее: сдержанность читается как ценность.
A branded address sets the bar before you begin. The interior had to clear that bar without imitating the brand. Брендовый адрес задаёт планку ещё до начала работы. Интерьер должен был соответствовать ей — не подражая бренду.
Working inside a strong architectural context. The interior listens to the district instead of arguing with it. Работа внутри сильного архитектурного контекста. Интерьер слушает район, а не спорит с ним.
At 480 square metres, discipline matters more than ideas. One logic, carried through every room. На 480 квадратных метрах дисциплина важнее идей. Одна логика, проведённая через каждую комнату.
Never promise what you will not deliver. Never let quality slip where no one is looking. Не обещать того, чего не сделаешь. Не ронять качество там, где никто не видит.
I lead every project the way a conductor leads an orchestra — in person, from the first meeting to the handover. What is necessary and sufficient, and not a note more. Я веду каждый проект как дирижёр — лично, от первой встречи до сдачи. Необходимое и достаточное — и ни нотой больше.
An interior is part of the property's value, not its decoration. Even if you live there yourself, you are still investing. Интерьер — часть стоимости объекта, а не его украшение. Даже если живёшь сам — ты всё равно инвестируешь.
From the drawing to the piece: custom furniture built to our drawings, and factories at the level of Poliform, Rimadesio and Minotti. Nothing is lost between the sketch and the object.
